Positions: sale and distribution Channel Quality Assurance Specialist.
§ To assist management in designing, implementing and monitoring end to end customer experience within all channel.
§ To assist to conducting competitive research to determine competitors’ strategy for implementing sales and service nationally.

§ To Be as S&D Push mail Support contact person, this includes supporting dealer on major Push mail problems and Handling technical problem with IS Push mail support team and make sure dealers are happy with the stability of Push mail for sending the customers
§ To Conduct Dealers and top dealers survey and audits based on system requirement. this includes designing forms, planning, conducting and evaluating.
§ To give report any fraud and deviation at the channel to the related team after investigation
§ To monitor over the daily registration, pending ,rejection and fault report on a daily basis and give report to the other relevant managers about the consistency or deviation the performance criteria’s of the dealer’s and channel.
§ To Write URS and raising changes based on new requirements like: DCP enhancement, DP upload, top dealer’s accesses on concierge and many other changes
§ To update managers with new information on a weekly basis through knowledge center on a SharePoint
§ To Test new application, make sure that it is based on sales and distribution channel’s needs, recognizing the incidents and try to communicate with the PMO office and technical team to find incidents. Communicate with dealers, DSAs and Temps to support the lunch of new applications for S&D and control over them for assuring the stability and accuracy of it.
§ To coordinate to prepare training material of the new projects and to Coordinate to hold training sessions for DSA and temps all over the regions about new projects and updating them about new processes
§ To be as DCP (Dealer communication portal) Admin and manage confirming new dealer’s registration on a daily basis, Prepare DCP active members daily for the management and to Update DCP contents based on new promotions, news, events.
